It's been a great week of school here! I love when I can say that wholeheartedly!

We started out Monday by reading The Three Little Pigs.

We did a lot of fine motor activities. We built houses and painted our pigs. We worked on shapes, numbers and colours some more. And that was our week. We were busy, busy, busy, and go so much accomplished! I was thrilled with the attitudes of my kids and their excitement level in regard to our curriculum choices. It truly is going to be a fantastic year! 

As our focus story s the Three little pigs, we painted our own pigs and made houses out of sticks and bricks. We had some breakfast along the way. 

Reading week started off very well. I introduced the story book to them and I am encouraging them to make more time for reading. They picked out their own books to take home this week. I am seeing so much conversation in the classroom and they are all growing up so fast. I'm so very proud of them.
