Friday 12th January

This week we have been getting back into the rountine of school and getting to know our new friends Harley and Ocean better! The students have been very caring to Harley and Ocean, showing them where to go and how to do different jobs in the classroom.

English	We looked at non-chronological reports.	We will be writing our own non-chronological reports.
Maths	We have been adding.	We will be revising the number bonds to ten.
PYP Inquiry	We tuned into our new topic: ‘Materials behave and react in certain ways which determine how people use them.’	We will find out what materials make different objects.

Friday 15th December

We have been busy decorating our classroom by fine tuning our creative process and delivering our Christmas cards to the staff around the school who we think have worked hard and been very caring and helpful.

We got creative and made christmas trees to decorate our class :)

It wasn't all art lessons, we had a tricky Maths lesson as well this week!

For our act of kindness on Wednesday we went and delivered our Christmas cards to the staff who we think work so hard to make ASCOT the wonderful place it is!

Friday 8th December

This week we have been focusing on our kindness calandar and Thursday morning we went out into the school grounds to help tidy them up.

We found some of Ms Emilie's camera words and we were able to give them back to her!

We found them over there!

We have also been practicing hard for the Christmas Show next week!
