Dear Parents
Welcome back! I hope you have had a
good break. This term we will be learning about plants, animals and
transportation. .
When driving or walking with your
child, it would be great if you could discuss what they see.
The activities which have been
planned will cover these strands in the following ways:
Independence
and Interdependence:
They will take part in group and class activities such as setting up roads and
role-playing with animals and plants.
Communicating: As the
children become involved in real and imaginary experiences they will learn
about the practical use of the English language.
Exploring: As the
children sort and classify the animals etc, they will be looking for patterns
and have to think logically.
